Exchange Policy

First of all, it is important to note that we do not exchange products that have already been used! Exchange is only possible in case of manufacturing defect.

The deadline for you to request the exchange is up to 7 calendar days after receiving your order. In this case, contact us informing the order number and product information (size/color) through the email .

After receiving your request, we will contact you within 5 calendar days to proceed the exchange.

Requirements for exchange: Your exchange will only be effective if the product is inside the original inner packaging, with the tags and tags without violation and without signs of use . We do not exchange products that have been tried on. Exchange is only be possible in case of manufacturing defect.

Products that do not meet the conditions required above will not be accepted as an exchange and will automatically be sent back to the original address without prior consultation and with freight charges .

We only do exchanges for products that are in stock at the time of order, so if the product you want is unavailable, you can issue a “ shopping voucher” in the same amount as your purchase.
